1. Service purpose
KidoFence is family-safety and parental-control software for lawful use by parents and guardians. It is not offered as a covert stalking, espionage or unauthorized surveillance service.
2. Guardian responsibility
You must have legal authority to create the family account, supervise the relevant child or device and enable monitoring or control features.
3. Account security
Keep credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Do not share passwords or OTPs with unauthorized people.
4. Public beta availability
Features, device compatibility, performance and availability may change. Network-dependent functions can be affected by connectivity, permissions, battery restrictions and platform behavior.
5. SOS limitations
KidoFence can support family emergency communication but is not a replacement for emergency services.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use KidoFence to violate rights, conduct unauthorized monitoring, harass, exploit or unlawfully access a device or account.
7. Billing and paid access
The 7-day Trial requires no payment method and never auto-charges. Kido+ and Kido Pro are one-time duration purchases. The full upfront price, duration and device capacity are shown before payment; KidoFence does not create automatic renewals. When paid access expires, the family returns to Kido Free unless another purchase has already been paid and queued.
8. Changes and termination
KidoFence may evolve features or terms and may restrict material abuse, fraud or security threats.
